Atelier will provide up to 13,000 sq.ft. of flexible ‘B1’ creative spaces, suitable for use as studios, offices, making spaces.

The studios will offer complete flexibility, with the option to either rent or buy your own business space.

The studios will offer high ceiling heights and include a mezzanine area to the rear. Flexibility is enhanced with large ‘shop front’ style facades, offering the ability to manoeuvre larger goods in and out of the studios if required.
